4. Suicides
In basketball, the coach would assign his players to do suicides on the court. As long as you have a jolt of energy and stamina, you can do this. Just run up to every line and touch it before you turn around and run back to your starting line.
5. Kick Ball
This is my childhood game and I still play it on my spare time. Kick ball is a lot like baseball. Kick the ball after the pitcher passes it to you and run to any base depending on how far you kicked it.
