I'm a college student. I wake up at 5 in the morning for a 7AM class everyday, it's until 5PM. I'm a dormer and prone to fastfood meals whcih may be the reason why i gained belly fat. I consider walking to my unviersity and climbing four plights of stairs as exercise but I feel it isn't enough at all, i don't get that sweaty. How am I going to insert exercise in my schedule?
